Exchange and Return Policies
ORDER CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
You can cancel your
order any time before the payment is made without any expenses. If you would
like to cancel or adjust your order after the payment is made please follow the
instruction below
If your order is not shipped out yet
Please send an email to napittha@braiform-th.com or LINE: @hookon to inform your
order reference number and your payment method.
The payment is non-refundable in cash or credit card but you
are allowed to change to other product available equivalent to your order
value.
In case you would
like to adjust the order or change sizes, we will adjust the order according to
your request in the equivalent from your original order value.
If your order is already shipped You can’t cancel or adjust
your order if your order is already shipped except there is any defects from
the manufacturing process.

RETURN CONDITIONS
We do not accept returns or refunds upon purchase.
REMARK
The product to be exchanged or returned it must be unused
and has to be defected product from the manufacturing process or incorrect
product specification from your order.
Customer is required to submit the exchange or return
request within 7 days after received. Failure to follow the exchange and return
policies provided, the company has right to deny your request submission.
